Return Policy:

 

We recognize the indispensable value of our customers and sincerely want you to be happy with your purchased items, as well as the service that you have received during your shopping experience with us. We will gladly work with you to attempt to resolve any problems you may experience. Damaged Merchandise:

By policy, we do not sell damaged merchandise as new merchandise to our customers! Any merchandise that is found by us to be damaged is either returned to the label/distributor or auctioned online at a fraction of the original price with explicit details on the damage, allowing the customer to make a decision for themselves with full knowledge of any damage. ... When our customers receive merchandise that was damaged by mail carriers during shipping, determinations are made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances. In packaging and padding your purchased items for shipping, we go to lengths that other music mailorder sites clearly do not. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred due to extreme mishandling by mail carriers, especially those in other countries. Therefore, we strongly encourage our customers to purchase services in addition to postage that may lessen the likelihood of mishandling or allow them to recover the cost of the merchandise in the event of mishandling and subsequent damage. Any services not readily available through our shipping page can still be acquired and applied to the shipping of your order, but those services are at the customer's discretion and expense only.

Defective Merchandise:

Some CDs and CD-Rs are occasionally found to be defective, unable to be played on more than one piece of requisite playback equipment. (Please do not attempt to play your CDs on alien technology harvested from crashed UFOs.) We will absolutely replace any defective merchandise. Depending on circumstances, we may or may not ask you to return the defective merchandise before receiving a replacement. If that is the case, we will reimburse you for any reasonable cost of postage (please do not send returns via such expedited shipping services as "overnight mail") and materials. Please contact us via email before attempting to return any defective merchandise.
